TRUE Rewards offers you benefits and unparalleled flexibility. With TRUE Rewards, you can access an extensive selection of exciting rewards, including travel perks, merchandise, gift cards, cashback options, and much more.
Access TRUE Rewards
Mobile Login
For Mobile, click on More in the lower right corner, then click on Cards drop down menu. Next you'll click on TRUE Rewards. This will open the TRUE Rewards website where you will be able to view and redeem your points!
Desktop Login
If you are logging into Digital Banking on a desktop device, hover over the Cards tab at the top of the screen, and then click on TRUE Rewards. This will open the TRUE Rewards website where you will be able to view and redeem your points!
If you don't have Digital Banking you can call 866-352-0492.
Shared Points:
Shared points can only be managed in Digital Banking. Members can gift points to any other TRUE Rewards credit card user within Digital Banking!
The Call in feature can be used to redeem gift cards, merchandise and statement credits to a credit card. Anything else can only be redeemed through digital banking.
