Accepting Applications for TRUE Community Credit Union 2026 Scholarships

JACKSON, MI, MARCH 4, 2026 – TRUE Community Credit Union is proud to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 scholarship program, designed to empower both traditional and non-traditional students as they pursue higher education and technical training. These scholarships reflect TRUE CCU’s ongoing commitment to advancing educational opportunities in Michigan.

"Scholarships are powerful tools that can change lives, and we're deeply committed to making these opportunities more accessible for everyone,” said TRUECCU Director of Community Partnerships Janelle Merritt. “By supporting education, we're giving back to the communities and families we care about, helping them build brighter financial futures."

Eligible applicants include graduating high school seniors in the class of 2026 as well as non-traditional students who are over the age of 25, possess a high school diploma or GED, and are seeking a degree or technical certification. To qualify, applicants must live, work, or attend school in the state of Michigan.

TRUE Community Credit Union is dedicated to maintaining 30+ years of serving schools to promote the Partnership in Education program and embraces the chance to work with youth around the state.
