Follow the steps below to view your full card number, expiration and CVV, and learn how to activate the card for digital transactions while waiting for the plastic card to arrive in the mail.

Mobile App

Step 1:

Login to Digital Banking using the TRUECCU mobile app. 

Step 2:

Navigate to Cards and locate the card you wish to view the details of or push to wallet. 

Step 3:

Once you’ve located the card, select Finish Setup (if you don’t have the physical card yet) or View Details (if you already have a physical card in hand).

Step 4:

If you have not already received and activated a physical card, select Card Activation then Use Digital Card Display.

Step 5:

You will be prompted to authenticate yourself via MFA by receiving a code through Text or Call. Select your preferred method then enter the code once received.

Step 6:

Once the MFA has been completed, you’ll see the full card number and CVV of the card so you can use it digitally.

Step 7:

To add the card to a digital wallet, return to the Card Management screen under Cards, locate your card, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click the Add to Google Wallet or Add to Apple Pay button.

Step 8:

Follow the prompts to continue adding your card. You will be asked to verify your card information; this will be your billing information. 

Step 9:

Once completed you’ll be directed back to the TRUE app and will be shown a screen saying it has been successfully added. Click Done and you’re ready to go!

Desktop

Step 1:

Log in to Digital Banking via TRUECCU.com.

Step 2:

Navigate to Cards, then Card Controls, and locate the card you wish to view the details of.

Step 3:

Once you’ve located the card, select View Details if you already have a physical card in hand.

Important note:

You can view your card in both the app and website versions, but you can only push to wallet using the app version of Digital Banking.
