Dispute Debit and Credit Card Transactions

  1. Under Cards select Card Disputes
  2. Select one of the following and click Continue:
    1. Create a new dispute
    2. Check dispute status
  3. Select the account the transaction occurred in
  4. Choose an option and click Continue:
  5. Select the transaction(s) you wish to dispute and click Continue
  6. Answer all five questions
  7. Provide any additional details and attachments (If necessary). Once complete, click Submit
  8. The final page provides the following information:
    1. Case Number
    2. How you will receive communication
    3. An email for you to reach out to our Fraud team
    4. List of next steps
    5. Ability to order a new card
  9. Click Close
