Dispute Debit and Credit Card Transactions

- Under Cards select Card Disputes
- Select one of the following and click Continue:
- Create a new dispute
- Check dispute status
- Select the account the transaction occurred in
- Choose an option and click Continue:
- Select the transaction(s) you wish to dispute and click Continue
- Answer all five questions
- Provide any additional details and attachments (If necessary). Once complete, click Submit
- The final page provides the following information:
- Case Number
- How you will receive communication
- An email for you to reach out to our Fraud team
- List of next steps
- Ability to order a new card
- Click Close
