TRUE Community Credit Union is excited to announce that its Parma branch will undergo a full remodel in 2026, reinforcing TRUECCU’s long-standing commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences rooted in community, connection, and care.

The remodel will modernize the branch with updated technology, such as new ITM/ATM access for ease and convenience. The new machines function like an ATM, but members can also connect with a live TRUE representative during business hours.

The service spaces offer a warm, welcoming design that reflects TRUECCU’s promise to put people first. Members can look forward to a refreshed environment that makes everyday banking easier, more comfortable, and more convenient.

The first phase will conclude Friday, June 5, with the remodel of an adjoining building to the west of the current branch. The Parma branch will be closed to the public Saturday, June 6 as the team moves into the new space.
