**To qualify, participants must complete the survey by clicking the link provided in the survey email. Members will receive the survey the next business day for completing a transaction in branch, an interaction with our contact center, or opening a new account or new loan. Must be 18 or older to participate. There is no limit to the number of entries for the weekly drawing. There is no limit to how many weeks a single member could win. Surveys beginning April 1, 2026 are valid for the prize entry. One winner will be notified weekly via phone and email with the last winner being notified the week of January 4 – January 8, 2027. Winners will receive one $25 gift card via email. Winner is responsible for all tax reporting. Our TRUE Community Credit Union survey email is the only valid giveaway.
